The mine <br />shall be temporary (approximately Z years of operation) <br />with a total production of 500,000 tons. <br />• THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />~ . FOLLOWING: <br />Coal handling and processing activities. Activities include <br />coal removal from pit, truck loading of coal, coal crushing, <br />coal stockpiling, coal conveying and coa] dumping. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et sue), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Opacity of emissions from coal processing activities (crushing, conveying) <br />shall not exceed 20%. <br />2. Spray bars shall be used as necessary on the coal crusher to limit emissions <br />below 20% opacity. <br />3.
