This self-regenerative revegetation as areas are <br /> filled adjacent to it most likely will grow into the newly filled areas <br /> assisting the reseeding and insuring that the same successfully germinates. <br /> Air quality In no manner will be disturbed except as to some minimal <br /> dust created in terms of the relayering of the over-burden, topsoiling, <br /> grading, discing, and planting. The owner of the property has wells and <br /> Burlington Ditch rights which would provide water for dust control and <br /> for Irrigation, if necessary, of the vegetated mix planted .
