Amlysis of the process water to be discharged. <br />h. Description of stormwater discharges, including drainage area. <br />i. Description of present and proposed best management practices at site, including map. <br />j. Any existing water quality data on stormwater discharges. <br />k. For new facilities (beginning operations after October 1, 1992), and for all other facilities applying after <br />July 1, 1993, certification es to the preparation of a SWMP. (See Part I.C.6.a of the permit for SWMP <br />certification vequuementa for existing facilities applying on time) <br />4. Certification Procures <br />If the general permit is applicable to the applicant's operation, rhea a certification will be developed and the applicant <br />will be certified order this general permit. <br />a. Request for Additional Lsformatioo: The Divi®on shall have up to Ihirty days after receipt of the above <br />information W request additioml data and/or deny the authorization for my particular discharge. Upon receipt <br />of additioml information, the Division shall have m additioml fiftoat days to issue or deny authorimtioa for <br />
