RULE 2.03.9 -PERSONAL IIVJIJRY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE INFORMATION <br />(I) Prior to issuance of a permit, each applicant shall submit to the Division for inclusion in the permit <br />application, a certificate certifvint; that the applicant has a public liability insurance policy in force for the surface <br />coal mining and reclamation operation for which the permit is sought. The certificate shall provide for personal <br />iniurv and property damage protection in an amount adequate to compensate anypersons injured or property <br />amaged as a result of surface coal mining and reclamation operations, includine use of explosives. and entitled to <br />compensation under the applicable provisions of State law.
