EASTERN MINING DISTRICT <br />• The Ashley's own property, which has two dwellings on it, within the Eastern Mining District. The other <br />dwelling located within the Eastern Mining District is owned by Cyprus and the occupant will be relocated prior <br />to subsiding the residence. A subsidence agreement has been completed with the Ashley's, which allows for <br />undermining and subsiding the property. The memorandum for this agreement was recorded with the Routt county <br />Clerk and Recorder and can be found in Book 711, page 47a and Book 71I, page 476.
