Location and Tvpe of Administrative Proceedings: A proposed assessment was sent to TCC on May 22, <br />1996 and proposed civil penalty- of $1,650.00. TCC requested an assessment conference on June 17, 1996. <br />The assessment conference was held on July 24, 1996 and a civil penalty of $1,150.00 was proposed based on <br />the information presented during the conference.
