June 18, 1993
Sarah Plocher
Page 2
The present structures and the small area exemption sump, once
approved, will be maintained on a regular basis and as required to
prevent erosion and prevent sediment delivery to State waters.
Procedures will include reseeding if necessary, repairs to rills
and gullies, and mulch if required.
The supervisory personnel of Landmark are very experienced in
sediment and runoff control on projects of this type and are
annually retrained in materials handling, erosion control, and
spill response practices.
No discharge has taken place, been reported, or is expected at
the site. The potential for pollution by stormwater contamination
at this site is very minimal.
All records of this operation are on file at the Landmark
office at Littleton, Colorado.
Please call if you require further information or have
questions.
Sincerely,
G~~
Mark Kerr
Operations Manager
