EXHIBIT I - SOILS INFORMATION
The following types of soils as mapped and surveyed by the
U. S. Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service,
1974, are found on our subject property:
Lw - Loamy alluvial land, moderately wet
Lv - Loamy alluvial land, gravelly substratum
Wt - Wet alluvial land
Sm - Sandy alluvial land
DaA - Dacono loam
Gr - Gravelly land-Shale outcrop complex
ShF - Samsil - Shingle complex
PIB - Platner loam
ReD - Rendill loam
The predominant soils that appear on our subject property are
Lw-loamy alluvial land, moderately wet, Lv-loamy alluvial land,
gravelly substratum and Wt-Wet alluvial land. The above three
types of soils constitute approximately 75$ of total land area
in question.
Major drainageways are the principal locations for Loamy Alluvial
gravel substratum and constitute the principal source of gravel.
Moderately wet, Loamy Alluvial land occurs in broader drainage-
ways and has high water table and poor drainage. The soils are
deep ranging from 20" to 36" in depth over loose sand and gravel.
This type of soil is generally poor to grow crops.
For additional description of soils and their properties, see the
Soil Conservation Service Reports that follow.
