~' <br /> <br />MONTROSE COUNTY <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIl2EMENTS <br />An application for a Special Use Permit shall include the following items. <br />(1) The name, address, and phone number of the applicant on a completed application <br />form supplied by the County. <br />(2) Narrative description of the proposal. <br />(3) Names and addresses of all property owners within 1320 feet,of the subject <br />property, disregazding any intervening public right-of-way. The source of such list shall be the <br />records of the County Assessor, or an ownership update from a title or abstract company or <br />attorney derived from such records, or from the County Clerk and Recorder. <br />(4) Legal description of the property affected. <br />(5) Vicinity map. <br />(6) Site development plan drawing or drawings, 24" X 36" with 2-foot contours, as <br />applicable showing the following: <br />(a) Property dimensions, including lot lines. <br />(b) Dimensions and location of all proposed structures, their footprints and <br />height, location of entrances and loading points. All structures must be dimensioned and <br />setbacks shown. Any structure within 10 feet of an easement must show the distance between <br />the closest point of the structure to the neazest point of the easement. Note total building <br />coverage -percent and square footage. Include setback dimensions from property lines. <br />(c) Name and dimension of all public and private road right-of-ways, points of <br />access on or adjacent to the proposed site and surface materials. <br />(d) Location, dimension and surface materials of required off-street parking <br />and loading areas. (Note total number of parking spaces provided and parking lot lighting <br />arrangements). <br />(e) The structure's use (for pazking calculations), the gross floor area, and an <br />estimate of the number of vehicle trips generated by the various uses on the site. <br />(f) Dimensions and locations for all curb cuts, driving lanes, bicycle lanes and <br />pedestrian ways. All public improvements should be labeled, with dimensions, and ties out to <br />property lines. <br />(g) Various notes, as necessary shall be included. <br />(h) Dimensions and location of all walls, fences, and screen plantings adjacent <br />to public right-of--ways and on the site, particularly azound equipment storage azeas and trash <br />disposal facilities. <br />amipro/zoning/spusubrq <br />
