Stevens <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 81402 <br /> <br />Re: 112 Reclamation Permit, Million Aggregate Investments Spring Creek Pit <br />File No. M-94-097 <br />Dear Mr. Stevens: <br />In my letter of December 28, 1994 addressed to Million Aggregate Investments, I recommended <br />that the Division "not take any action on the 112 Application until the Montrose County Special <br />Use Permit has been reviewed and a determination made." <br />However, pursuant to 34-32-110 CRS, that recommendation should be revised to read that "the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board not rant the 112 Reclamation Permit until the Montrose County <br />Special Use Permit has been reviewed and a determination made by the Board of County <br />Commissioners." <br />As background, please be advised that Aaron Million has picked up an application packet for a <br />Special Use Permit and is expected to submit an application in the near future.
