20. If the I~iec iu unable to perform ~ of the terms or
covcnant~ of this leaso by reason of damage or delay resulting from
disaster, labor disturbances, atriY.es, lockouts, or acts of God, or
on account of any eventuality beyond the reasonable control of Lessee,
the Lessee shall be excused from the terms of this lease, except all
obligations for reclamation by Lessee must eventually be performed.
21. In the event Lessee leaves any property upon the leased
premises after the expiration of the term hereof, such property
shall be and become the sole and separate property of Lessor unless
there be a written agreement to the contrary or unless the Lessor
shall within thirty (30) days after the end of the lease term give
to Lessee a written demand that Lessee remove such property, in which
event Lessee shall comply forthwith.
22. This lease may be assigned by the Lessee without the
approval. or consent of the Lessor.
IN FATNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Gravel
Sublease as of the day and year first above written.
