Public softball fields, volleyball couxts, and horseshoe pits <br />. ~. have been completed adjacent to the upper pit site. Increased <br />public access to thin park area may creato conflicts with our <br />semi-industrial type uses in regard to safety and access. <br />Elam needs a less constricted operating area to better service the Aspen <br />Community: <br />1. Aspen and Snowmass are becoming more urban necessitating increased needo <br />Sor asphalt, concrete, sand, gravel, and topsoil products. <br />2.
