6.4.5 Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />Topsoil Replacement <br />Topsoil will be segregated during stripping. Topsoil salvaged from the existing <br />ground surface of the mining excavation will be placed in designated areas as <br />shown in Exhibit C-2. Topsoil replacement will occur as indicated in Exhibit F- <br />Reclamation Plan Map. Topsoil will be replaced to a depth of 1.5 ft.
