It is our understariding that the Pheiff property (just east and adjoining Gardels) <br />was added to the Brownwood Permit M-1979-059 as an amendment some time <br />in the late 1980's. This amendment included a low water crossing connecting the <br />,' Pheiff property to the Brownwood Permit.
