Specifically, all surface waters from the denuded <br />mining azeas will be directed into this trench prior to any of these materials be discharged into the <br />proposed sediment pond and before being dischazged into the adjoining waterways. Potential dust <br />pollution of these areas will be controlled through the frequency of dewatering and the use of dust <br />suppressant chemicals such as calcium chloride which will be applied as conditions require. <br />13. Processine. The only currently anticipated on-site processing will consist of crushing and <br />screening of the excavated grave] materials. The proposed location of [he crusher is within the <br />proposed mine pit area as shown on Map 3, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 Gravel Pit - Mine Plan Map. <br />The Operator believes that will time there might be a need to construct an asphalt batch plant and <br />a concrete batch plant at this location. The necessary pennits to add these facilities to the proposed <br />operation will be made at that time via permit amendments or modification. <br />All existing structures and adjacent property owners within 200 feet of the site are shown on Map <br />2, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Mine Plan Map. This map also shows the location of all existing <br />disturbance within the proposed mine area. <br />Permit Boundarv and Affected Area. The location of the proposed permit boundary and affected area <br />are shown on Map 3, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Mine Plan Map. <br />Owners. All of the lands within 200 feet of the affected area of the proposed mine area as shown on <br />Map 2, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Mine Plan Map and on Map 6, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Milner <br />Vicinity Area Map are owned by the Applicant. Land owners other than the Applicant within 200 <br />feet of the proposed mine access road and haul road aze sho++'n on those respective maps. The <br />Applicant also owns all of the surface and gravel minerals rights within the affected area. <br />Surface Features. The location of all surface features to be used in connection with this proposed <br />mining operation are shown on Map 3, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Mine Plan Map and on Map 6, <br />Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Milner Vicinity Area Map.. <br />Direction of Mineral Extraction. The direction of mining as indicated by the yearly mining blocks <br />is shown on Map 3, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Mine Plan Map. <br />Man-Made Structures. The location of all existing man-made features within two hundred feet of <br />this proposed mining operation aze shown on Map 2, Camilletti Milner Pi[ # 2 -Wetlands Map and <br />on Map 6, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 -Milner Vicinity Map. Mining will be conducted within two <br />hundred feet of the existing property fence lines, YVEA electric transmission line and the natural <br />gas line as described in the enclosed geotechnical report prepared by Northwest Colorado <br />Consultants. Prior to mining within the YVEA easement, this section of the transmission line will <br />be relocated as required by a Specific Condition of the Routt County Special Use Permit. <br />Existing Disturbance.
