There are no oil or gas wells in this area. This map is a at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet, well within the acceptable map scale factors found in Rule 6.2 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations. The existing pre-disturbance topography of this area is shown on Map 2, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 - Existing Conditions Map. This map shows two foot contours of the proposed mine area. This mine site is located on a parcel of land owned by Camilletti and Sons, Inc. The total area to be affected by mining related activities is approximately 44.39 acres. The area to be affected by the gravel mining activities in the proposed mine pit area is 41.76 acres. The construction of the access road into the mine pit area will result in approximately 0.33 acres of disturbance and the construction of the north mine haul road will affect approximately 2.30 acres of land. Mining in the vicinity of the proposed sediment pond azea will affect a total of 0.80 acres of land, mining in the proposed
