There are no oil or gas wells in this area. This map is a at a scale of one inch equals <br />100 feet, well within the acceptable map scale factors found in Rule 6.2 of the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />The existing pre-disturbance topography of this area is shown on Map 2, Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 - <br />Existing Conditions Map. This map shows two foot contours of the proposed mine area. <br />This mine site is located on a parcel of land owned by Camilletti and Sons, Inc. The total area to be <br />affected by mining related activities is approximately 44.39 acres. The area to be affected by the <br />gravel mining activities in the proposed mine pit area is 41.76 acres. The construction of the access <br />road into the mine pit area will result in approximately 0.33 acres of disturbance and the construction <br />of the north mine haul road will affect approximately 2.30 acres of land. Mining in the vicinity of <br />the proposed sediment pond azea will affect a total of 0.80 acres of land, mining in the proposed <br />
