Mr. Richard Raines • • Page 3
M8G Pit SSP
August 15, 2000
11. Should a request for renewal of this plan be needed, such renewal request must
be submitted to this office at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of this plan. _
Please be advised that any renewal request will be evaluated under current
conditions at the time that the request is submitted.
12. This plan shall be valid through August 31, 2001, unless otherwise revoked or
modified. If a plan for augmentation is not obtained by the expiration date, a valid
substitute water supply plan is required. Any request for renewal of this plan must
be submitted with the statutory fee (currently $217) prior to the expiration date.
13. Acceptance of these conditions shall be assumed unless a letter to the contrary is
received by this office, the Division Engineer, and the Water Commissioner within
two weeks of your receipt of this letter. The name, address, and phone number of
a contact person who will be responsible for the operation and accounting of this
plan must be provided to the Division Engineer and Water Commissioner
The leased water which is the source of replacement water is adequate for the duration of
this temporary substitute water supply plan. However, the State Engineers Office would be
opposed to leased water being considered an acceptable source of replacement water in a
decreed plan for augmentation.
Please contact Heidi Frey in Denver at 866-3581, or Dave Nettles in Greeley at (970) 352-
8712, if you have any questions concerning this approval.
" cerely,
Kenneth W.
