There are no permanent man-made structures within iwo hundred (200) feet of the
affected area.
2. Water resources in the area of the proposed operation consist of dry stream beds.
Gravel operations will not occur in those areas, but around those areas so as not to
disturb the natural flow of water when it rains extensively.
