Exhibit C <br />PIPE SPRINGS RANCH PLC F1T ~ 1fi <br />MINING PLAN <br />A. The matericl will be moved by front end loaders and trucks, <br />A bulldozer will be used in locations where the loader is imprac- <br />tical due to loose footing. <br />B. The overburden will be moved by the front end loader and bull <br />dower. And stockpiled for the use in the reclamation of the pit. <br />C. There will be no water diversions and impoundments necessary <br />at this pit all dikes and berms will be for saftey and erosion <br />control. There are no water resources in the area of the pro- <br />posed operation. <br />D. The area to be disturbed will not exceed 9.4 acres. <br />E. Mining will start with this permit and will continue sporadically <br />during the years as required, reclamation will be on going as <br />the site is mined, the active area in the SE corner will be con- <br />tinued until exhausted. Active mining will move to the North <br />and to the West corner of the pit site. And reclamation will be- <br />gin in the exhausted areas. We will the pull 6" of topsoil from <br />the topsoil stockpile at the pit. Reclamation will proceed as <br />the mining move to the west and to the north. The topsoil that <br />is stored on the site will be planted with native grasses with <br />the ground slope 4:1 or flatter where necessary. <br />F. The material to be mined is gravel and sand of various depths <br />with none to 3 feet of topsoil over burden. <br />G. The primary commodity will be gravel, that will be used as <br />road surfacing. <br />H. There will be no refuse, acid, or toxic producing materials <br />exposed during mining. <br />
