<br />~+.) The as built weir approximates the design dimensions as <br />shown in the Appendix. Per conversation with Bob Weaver, <br />the structure is reported to be reinforced. Field measur- <br />ments are for the exposed sections of the weir only. <br />5.) The four (4) inch drain pipe is installed and appears <br />to be functional. Both ends are clear and some evidence <br />of discharge was present in the riprapped area. <br />6.) Due to the reported presence of F.M. Fox personnel <br />during construction, no effort was made to verify the <br />use of 8 inch fill lifts compacted to 90~ of the maximum <br />dry density. <br />7.)
