Post Mining Areas Pursuant to 40 CFR 434, commencing at the time that active mining ceases, federal post mining effluent limitations for settleable solids (.5 ml/1) shall become applicable, plus at a minimum state effluent limitations for oil and grease (less than 10 mg/1) and water quality standards for pH (6.5-9.0 s.u.).
