Please address these issues in detail at least 7 wo king days <br />prior to the May 22-23, 1985 meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Exhibit C Pre-Mining Map <br />1. The following structures are located within ~00 feet of <br />proposed pit excavations: <br />a. Oil wells <br />b. Great Western and Union Pacific railroa berms <br />c. State and County roads <br />d. Hill and Brush ditch <br />Please provide documentation that these structures will not b adversely <br />impacted by mining operations and that the operator will be r sponsible <br />for any potential damage. An agreement between the operator nd the <br />owners of the respective structures assigning responsibility or any <br />damage to these structures will be accepted. <br />Exhibit D Mining Plan <br />1. It seems that topsoil will only be stored at the north <br />ends of the two northern-most lakes. Will t is be the <br />storage location for topsoil stripped at all pit areas? <br />If not, where else will topsoil storage occu ? <br />2. The application states (p. 6-1) that mining t the <br />southeast portion of the permit area will no damage or <br />change the Big Thompson River, yet both the fining plan <br />and the <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.~(303) 866-3567 <br />
