3-19 <br />• ~ FlNAL HYDROLOGIC RESTORATION <br />The final reclaimed contours of the disturbed area are shown on Figure 3.1.1. <br />Vegetative cover and the reclaimed contours are designed to preclude excessive <br />erosional velocities to the extent possible (See Section 2.3.5) and to preclude the <br />ponding of water. <br />All sedimentation ponds and temporary diversion structures will be backfilled, reclaimed <br />and abandoned as required. The hydrologic balance of the permit area will be returned <br />to a state very closely resembling that prior to affecting the area.
