boundary on the west side? In your Fax'd response (received December 17, 2001) you say
that the red boundary on the Stormwater map is the drainage area and the black boundary is
the permit boundary. I agree. However, I am referring [o your Exhibits (A&B) to the
Stormwater map, not the Stormwater map.
The decision due date expired on December 17, 2001 and yet your permit application is still
incomplete and inadequate. Pursuant to Rule 1.8, the Division is allowed to extend the decision
due date after receiving a response [o an adequacy letter. However, the extended time is ]inured
to that which is necessary to afford the Division an adequate opportunity to review the response
(technical revision to a permit application). I have already reviewed your response submittal so a
denial decision must be made unless you submit a request to extend the decision due date; which
you have done, so the extended date is now set for January 16, 2002.
If you have any questions, please give me a call at 303-866-4060.
Sincerely,
ames Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: James Stevens, DMG
Johnney G..Bowers, CLC
