<br />Operation Plan -Permit Area <br />Mine Facilities <br />All facilities will be removed during the reclamation process. <br />Existing structures to be removed at the Canadian Strip Mine (Section 2, <br />T8N, R78W) include: (1) an office trailer, (2) a shop, (3) a crushing plant, <br />and (4) truck scale. <br />Description of Roads, etc. <br />All roads will be removed and reclaimed with exception to the access <br />road to the property, see Appendix L, Exhibit 1L of the original <br />application. <br />• Ponds, Impoundments and Diversions <br />Figure 2 of the original application shows the location of all <br />impoundments. Sediment Ponds 1, 2 and 3 are currently in place. An <br />additional sediment pond will be constructed in the drainage corridor as <br />shown on Figure 1 of Section 2.08.5 of this renewal application. <br />Topsoil <br />WFC currently has a 64,000 cy topsoil stockpile. Approximately 8,000 cy of <br />additional material will be salvged during drainage corridor construction and <br />reduction of highwalls. Topsoil will be stripped from the Manburn soil series, <br />stripping depth 1.25 ft. The 72,000 cy of available topsoil will provide an <br />average cover of 0.5 ft over the 81.6 acres to be topsoiled. <br />• 116J (Revised 04/13/90) <br />
