776.11 (b) Continued. <br />• The name, address and telephone number of Lhe person seeking to <br />explore is Energy Fuels Corporation, P.O. Box G, Steamboat Springs, <br />Colorado 80477; (303) 879-3800. <br />The name, address and telephone number of the representative who <br />will be present at and responsible for conducting the exploration <br />activities is Gary W. Myers, Chief Geologist, Energy Fuels Corporation, <br />P. 0. Box G, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477; (303) 879-3800. <br />The area of exploration will be the same as the mine plan area <br />shown on Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 Mine Plau (Map 1) and Eckman Park <br />Mine Plan (Map 2). This map is at a scale of 1"=500' or 1:6,000. <br />The period of the intended exploration is five years. <br />Surface property not held by Energy Fuels, on which exploratory <br />• drilling will be conducted, are the Papoulas Land Company, Routt <br />County Fuel Company and the United States Government. A letter of <br />consent from the Papoulas Land Company permitting Energy Fuels to <br />enter and conduct exploration activities is presented in Exhibit 1, <br />Letter of Consent from Papoulas Land Company for Exploration. <br />Consent has been granted by the United States Government by virtue <br />of approved BLM Coal Exploration License C-27686, as amended, <br />presented in Exhibit 2, Coal Exploration License C-27686. <br />A description of the practices to be followed to protect the <br />environment from possibl= adverse impacts as a result of the <br />exploration activities is as follows: <br />Where possible, drill hole sites will be located next to existing <br />roads and trails. If necessary, a bulldozer will be used to <br />construct a level bench for the drill after topsoil is removed. <br />Existing roads and trails will be utili+ed wherever possible, and <br />. movement by equipment across undisturbed terrain will be kept to a <br />minimum. <br />776-2 <br />
