Additionaly, your copy of the signed Permit Termination Fonn has tleen attached <br />for your records. <br />The original signed Permit Termination Forth has been forwarded to Darlene Casey, of the Water <br />Quality Control Division (the Division), for processing as part of the inactivation process. Until you <br />receive final inactivation notification from the Division, the pemtit and its legal obligations will remain <br />alive which will require that activities such as the submittal of the Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />(DMRs) continue. <br />Thank you for your staffs time and cooperation in this matter.
