HOYER
Assisn nt County Aaorney
Enclosed please find the revised Mining Plans regarding the
above-referenced pits. Mr. Good of the Soil Conservation District has
again prepared these statements, and I assume that they are correct. I
trust that these amendments comply with your requirements as they were
previously set forth.
The Land Board has requested that we do an archaeological survey of the
property prior to mining and since this may not be completed before the
meeting of the Board of Mined Land Reclamation, I would appreciate it if
you would go ahead with the Trim and Cecil Pits. I believe that the
application process for these pits is completed.
As to the State Pit, I hope to have it completed with an archaeological
survey to the hearing, but if not, we will submit an application at a
later date.
Thank you for your consideration and assistance in this matter and if
there are any last minute details which need to be cleaned up, please
advise.
Yours very truly,
By:
Kev yer
Assi tan oun[y Attorney
KLH/11
Enclosures
