T <br />C) No part of a lot area, lot width, open space, off-street parking area or yard required <br />about or in connection with any building for the purpose of complying with this resolution <br />shall be included as part of a lot area, l04 width, open space, off-street parking area or <br />yard similarly required for any other building or use. <br />D) Area minimum lot size in all zoning districts shall not apply to single tracts or single <br />parcels of land less than said minimum lot size of record as of September 1, 1972, it <br />being the specific intent and purpose that owners of single tracts and parcels nat be <br />deprived of the ability to utilize said tracts and parcels solely by virtue of the area <br />requirement contained therein. R-E, Estate <br />b. R-1, Single-Family <br />c. R-2, Duplexes and Triplexes <br />d. R-3, Multi-Family <br />2) Forestry District <br />a. F, Forestry <br />3) Commercial District <br />a. C-3, Light Commercial <br />b. C-4, Heavy Commercial <br />c. C-5, Industrial <br />B) The location and boundaries of the districts established by this resolution are shown <br />upon the "Zoning District Map of Gilpin County," which map is hereby Incorporated into <br />this resolution.
