The maximum pemutted parking for <br />employees and customers shall be 50 pazling spaces. <br />B. COMMERCIAL PARKING LOTS IN C-4 DISTRICTS. <br />1. Definition. Commercial parking lots are defined as areas devoted <br />primarily to the short term storage of motor vehicles or as an <br />accommodation to an off site enterprise and not as an adjunct to a <br />commercial use on the premises. <br />2. Location. Commercial parking lots shall be considered a use by right <br />only within azeas designated "parking resource azeas". <br />3. Pazline Resource Areas. All land within 500 feet of the center line of <br />Colorado highway 119, except for the state highway right of way and the <br />frontage road required by these regulations, between the junction of <br />Highway 119 with U.S. Highway 6 and the junction of Colorado Highway <br />119 with Colorado Highway 279, shall be declared a "Pazking Resource <br />Area". <br />4.6 1V1YN1(NdYJ11'I RR®~tE]O~NTS <br />A.
