2.5 ]Parldnu <br />A. Minimum Parking. A minimum of two (2) off-street spaces must be provided <br />for each dwelling unit. <br />B. Off-Street. Required parking spaces mast be located'ontside of the right-of- <br />way ofany state or county road or easement. <br />C, Size. The minimum size ofparking spaces must be as defined in Section 4.5 <br />1(a). <br />D. Enclosed Spaces. Off-street spaces may be enclosed. <br />E. Operable Vehicles. A maximum of four (4) operable vehicles may be visible from the <br />property lines. All other vehicles must be screened from view. <br />2.6 ire Sxfety <br />A fire break at least ten (10} feet wide must be provided around all residential shuctures <br />in an R-3 district. <br />B.7 38es9dentaal-used Businesses <br />Residential. based businesses with the exception of retail businesses aze allowed in any <br />zoning district. Residential based businesses shall have no exterior indication (including <br />physical appearance, noise and odor) of non-residontial activity. The business owner or <br />operator must reside and maintain primary residency within the principal single family <br />dwelling unit on the lot. <br />A. Operable Vehicles and Pazking. No more than two (2) business-related <br />vehicles shall be visible from any property boundary line at any time. <br />Inoperable vchicles must be screened. All panting needs shall be met by <br />parking azeas located off of public roads orrights-of--way. <br />B. Signs. Residential-based businesses shall display only the signs permitted <br />within Section VIII, Sign Code. <br />1.. One (1)non-illuminated wa11 sign ofno more than six (6) square feet, or <br />h.
