<br />(a) Manufactured Home shall mean a new structure, transportable in one or more
<br />sections, which when erected on the site, measures eight {8) body feet or more in
<br />width or forty (40) body feet or more in length, or when erected on site, is three
<br />hundred or more square feet, and which is built on .a permanent chassis and
<br />designed To be used as a dwelling, with a permanent foundation, when connected
<br />to the required utilities, and shall include the plumbing, heating, and electrical
<br />systems contained therein. This structure has a permanent red Housing and Urban
<br />Development (HUD) label attached to the rear of the structure and is certified
<br />pursuant to the "National Manufactured Standards Act of 1974," 42 U.S.C. 5401
<br />et sew as amended. This definition does not include mobile homes.
<br />(b) Manufacturing shall mean the mechanical or dtemical transformation of
<br />materials or substances into new products, including the assembling of component
<br />parts, the construction of products, and the blending of materials such as plastic,
<br />resins, or oils.
<br />(c) Master Plan shall mean the comprehensive, long-term plan for the physical
<br />development of the County.
<br />(d) Mine (n) shall mean the area by which the extraction of surface or
<br />subterranean compounds and material; This includes oil and gas exploration and
<br />production and the mining of metallic and nonmetallic mineral, sand, gravel, and
<br />rode.
<br />(e) Mine (v) shall mean the means by which the extraction of surface or

<br />(f) Mined Lands shall mean the surface, subsurface, and groundwater of an area
<br />where mining operations will be, are being, or have been conducted, including all
<br />accessory access roads, land excavations, workings, mining waste, and areas
<br />where structures, facilities, and surface mining equipment, machines, tools, or other
<br />materials or property are located.
<br />(g) Mineral shall mean any naturally-occurring diemical elements, compounds, or
<br />groups of elements and compounds, formed from inorganic processes or organic
<br />substances, including, but not limited to gold, coal, granite, metals, peat, "redrod~'
<br />sand and gravel, tar sand, bituminous sandstone, and other industrial minerals, but
<br />excluding geothermal resources, natural gas, and petroleum.
<br />(h) Mining Waste shall mean residual soil, minerals, liquid, vegetation, tailings,
<br />abandoned equipment, tools, and other materials or physical conditions directly
<br />resulting from or displaced by mining.
