(k) Household shall mean one or more individuals living together in a single <br />dwelling unit, with common access to all living and kitchen areas and facilities <br />within the dwelling unit. <br />1.709 - 1 <br />(a) impact shell mean the direct or indirect effect or consequence resulting from a <br />development upon land, the environment, the community or any part of segment <br />thereof. The term shall include, but not be limited ta, physical, environmental, <br />economic, visual, auditory or social consequences or effects. <br />(b) Impound Yard shall mean any area improved or unimproved where property <br />(typically vehicles) not initially belonging to the property or business owner are stored <br />on site temporarily and where no portion of the stored property on site is pieced out <br />or dismantled for sale or repair. <br />(c) Improvement shall mean any physical change, which increases the productivity or <br />value of the land. <br />(d) Improvement Location Certificate shall mean a graphic representation showing <br />all improvements on a lot prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State of <br />Colorado. <br />(e) Industrial shall mean any manufacturing and quasi-manufacturing activity or but <br />which limited accessory retail office or commercial uses is permitted. <br />(f) Inoperative Vehicle shot! mean any vehicle which is not currently registered or <br />which is not capable of self-propulsion <br />(g) Interpretation of Use shall mean that a use which the Board of County <br />Commissioners, Planning Commission or County Planner determines fo be similar fo <br />the permitted or conditional uses in each district and which falls within the intent and <br />purpose of the district, and that will not be obnoxious or detrimental to the public <br />welfare, and which are of a comparable nature and of the same classes as the uses <br />enumerated for said district, shalt be allowed as permitted or conditional uses therein. <br />The County Planner may also consider and render decisions on matters of slight <br />modification and minor adjustment deemed necessary in connection with the efficient <br />administration of the Zoning Regulations. <br />(h) Interpretation, Right of shall mean the action of board of County Commissioners, <br />Planning Commission and County Planner when rendering a decision deemed <br />necessary in connection with the efficient administration of the Zoning Regulations. <br />(i) Intersection shall mean where two (2) or more roads (public or private) or <br />driveways conned. <br />(k) ISDS shall mean an individual sewage disposal system as defined by the State <br />of Colorado and County ISDS regulations. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations <br />15 <br />
