(I) Driveway shall mean an access way to any on-site parking space adjacent to
<br />the principal use which access way is at least twelve (72'} feet wide and no
<br />greater than a 12% slope.
<br />(m) Dwelling or Dwelling Unit shall mean any building, or portion thereof, which
<br />contains living facilities, including provisions for sleeping, eating, cooking, and
<br />sanitation for one family, but not including hotels, motels, boarding houses,
<br />community care facilities, day care facilities, hospitals or similar uses.
<br />(n) Dwelling, Multiple-Family shall mean a building occupied by two (2} or more
<br />families living independently of each other, In discrete dwelling units, but not
<br />including hotels, camps, clubs, boarding houses, community car facilities, day care
<br />facilities, hospitals or similar uses.
<br />(o) Dwelling, Single-Family shall mean a permanent building which is occupied or
<br />which is arranged, designed, and intended to be occupied, by one family and
<br />containing only one kitchen plus Itving, sanitary and sleeping facilities. (A single-
<br />family dwelling must be serviced by adequate water, ISDS and public utility
<br />systems.)

<br />(a) Easement shall mean a right of one or more persons to use anofher`s land for a
<br />limited purpose.
<br />(b) Easement, Conservation shall mean an agreement by a landowner b limit
<br />development on property while retoining priva+e ownership of the -and. The easement
<br />is signed by the landowner, who is the easement donor, and fhe County, which is
<br />receives the easemenf, with the undersfanding fhaP if must enforce the terms of fhe

<br />(cj Entertainment shall mean music, singing, or performances, the purpose of which is
<br />b provide diversion for a person or persons.
<br />(d) Exploration shall mean the search for minerals by geological, geophysical,
<br />geochemical, or other techniques, including, but not limited ta, sampling, assaying,
<br />drilling, or any surface or underground work used to determine the type, extent, or
<br />quantity of minerals presets (includes prospecting).
<br />(e) Excavation shall mean the relocation of more than 50 Cubic Yards of earthen
<br />material.
<br />(f) Extraction shall mean the removal from the earth of oil, water, gas, gravel, or
<br />geothermal resources by drilling, pumping, or other means, whether for
<br />exploration or production purposes.
