<br />Stmrage in these reservoirs may occur when the Storage Rights
<br />themselves are in priority or under the Ditch Rights as changed
<br />to storage. Releases from storage may be made to compensate for
<br />depletions caused by out-of-priority diversions from the
<br />Utderground Rights.
<br />a. Eckman Park Reservoirs 1, 2, and 3:
<br />Previous decrees entered: In re the Adjudication
<br />of Water Rights in Water District No. 57, Routt County District
<br />Court, decree dated October 6, 1908, awarding 6,673,613 cubic
<br />feet (153.21 acre feet) of storage with an appropriation date of
<br />June 10, 1905; Case No. 74CW132, Water Division No. 6, decree
<br />dated July 10, 1981, providing alternate points of storage for
<br />Eckman Park Reservoir Nos. 1, 2, and 3; Case No. W-1186-77, Water
<br />Division No. 6, decree dated November 18, 1982, addition of
<br />alternate points of storage, change in consumptive use from
<br />irrigation to commercial, industrial, and mining, and change in
<br />time of use from irrigation season to year round use, change in
<br />place of use, and correction to the original decree with respect
<br />to actual location of the headgates for Eckman Park Reservoir
<br />Nos. 1, 2, and 3; Case No. 85CW39, Water Division No. 6, decree
<br />dated June 30, 1986, addition of alternate point of storage, and
<br />addition of uses to include livestock, wildlife, and all other
<br />uses.
