<br />An alternate point of diversion was approved by
<br />decree dated August 22, 1985 in Case No. 85CW12, Water Division
<br />No. 6, at a point on the right and east bank of Fish Creek in the
<br />SW', of Section 25, Township 5 North, Range 87 West, 6th P.M.,
<br />Routt County, Colorado, and said headgate being North 38°52'39"
<br />East, 1700 feet from the SW corner of Section 25.
<br />A second alternate point of diversion was approved
<br />by decree dated March 8, 1990 in Case No. 89CW48, Water Division
<br />No. 6, at the decreed location for the Boettler Ditch, First and
<br />Second Enlargements. That location is on the left or west bank
<br />of Fish Creek whence the NE corner, Section 10, Township 5 North,
<br />Range 86 West, 6th P.M., bears North 61°44' East, 1400 feet.

<br />Amount: 1.5 c.f.s.
<br />Use: Irrigation of 90 acres of land.

<br />Division No. 6, decree dated July 10, 1981, correcting decreed
<br />locations of headgates to actual points, and providing a
<br />supplemental or alternate point of diversion for 360/937 interest
<br />in Eckman Park Ditch Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; Case No. W-1186-77,
<br />Water Division No. 6, decree dated November 18, 1982, addition of
<br />alternate point of diversion, change in use from irrigation to
<br />commercial, industrial, and mining, and from irrigation season to
<br />year-round use, change in place of use, and correction to the
<br />original decree with respect to actual location of the headgates
<br />for 577/937 interest in Eckman Park Ditch Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

<br />(1) Eckman Park Ditch No. 1: The headgate is
<br />located on the West bank of the West fork of Foidel Creek, at a
<br />point whence the SE corner of Section 12, Township 4 North, Range
<br />87 West, bears North 54° East, 3,450 feet, which headgate is at
<br />the initial point of survey for Eckman Park Reservoir No. 1.
<br />(2) Eckman Park Ditch Nos. 2 and 3: The
<br />headgates are located on the west bank and the east bank,
