We have <br />applied for a point discharge permit with the Colorado <br />Department of Health and they have assigned our <br />application the following NPDES permit number <br />CO-0033863. A copy is enclosed. <br />The area covered by this application is fenced and <br />gates will be installed at the access point. <br />`~ 8. DUTIES OF THE OPERATOR (34-32-116(1)(b) to (1)(r): <br />b.
