Any controversy of claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved first by mediation conducted through the Judicial Arbiter Group in Denver, Colorado within forty-five 45 days of the assertion of a claim, then, if not resolved, by arbitration conducted in Denver, Colorado pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes, and shall be administered by the American Atbination Association under its commeroial rules, and judgment on the award rendered by [he arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof 21..
