1. Introduction r~ This report was prepared to accompany a Construction i\laterials Operation (I l2) Reclamation Permit Application Pone. The report fulfills part of the requirements as listed below for the Permit Application. It accompanies the Permit Application and other required exhibits as detailed in the Construction Material Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (January 1996). The subject property has been operating since the fall of 1996 under 110 permit M-96- 051. Flagstone and moss rock have been removed from the property; however, due to changes in the plan and problems and coucems expressed by the Division of Minerals and Geology in a letter dated August 22, 1997, a new permit is being requested under the 112 rules. The 113 permit is being requested for removal of flagstone and moss rock from a larger area on the same property.
