Coal sample action, conveyor and transfer point processing up
to 3,200,000 tons coal per year at a maximum rate of 1500 tons
per hour. Particulate emissions will be controlled by

THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUB.TECT TO ALL RULES ARID REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR
QUALITY CONTROL CCIMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.R.S.
(25-7-101 et seq), TO THOSE GENERAL TER1~S AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE RF,VERSE
SIDE OF THI3'~0~[1MEN'P AND THE FOLLOIVING SPECIFIC TERIV6 AND CONDITIONS:
1. Visible emissions shall not exceed 20% opacity.
2. Particulate emissions shall not exceed either of the following limitations:
6 lbs./day and .74 tons/year.
3. The permit number shall be'clearly marked on the subject equipment for
