Nelligan
Chief Executive Officer
Western Aggregates, Inc.
11728 Highway 93
Boulder, CO 80303
Dear Mr. Nelligan:
Per your request concerning whether we would permit the Mined Land
Reclamation Division staff inspect our operating agreement for terms of
specifying that LC Holdings, Inc. requires that the plant site remain intact
following termination of the lightweight aggregate project, we hereby inform
you that: we do not feel it appropriate to make the confidential agreements
available to the public.
However, we can provide this letter and state herein that LC Holdings,
Inc, does not want the plant site dismantled upon cessation of the aggregate
project. We have gone to great lengths to convice the Jefferson County
Commissioners of the value of keeping the options open for future use as a
cement production or lime production facility or some other rotary kiln
related purpose. Jefferson County Commissioners approved it remaining intact
post aggregate production and we expect Western Aggregates, Inc, to continue
to work to ensure that the plant will remain intact.
Very truly yours,
~~~T~~~~ ~, .
Ryan T.
