Discussion of Efflueru Limitations <br />a) Reeulations for E/lluent Limitations: The Regulations for Effluent Limitations (10.1.0), apply to the <br />conventional pol-utanrs. For this facility the limitations for Oil and Grease are based on this regulation. <br />6J ~olicable Federal E/Ilutm Guidelines and Standards: The federal guidelines which apply to this type of <br />facility are found under 40 CFR 434, titled ElRuent Guidelines For Coal Minine Facilities. The limitations <br />which apply are shown in the following table. Note that NSPS applirs to outfalLs 005 -009, 025 and 028, <br />all except 028 were incorrectly limited by BAT in the previous permit. <br />
