Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />1. Portions of this proposed operation located in Section 35 <br />and Section 36 are currently included in the Weld County Hokestra <br />Pit - File N80-149. In order to include these lands into this <br />application, the Division must receive a request fora technical <br />revision from Weld County to clearly eliminate those lands in <br />question from their permit. <br />B. Exhibit D - hfininy Plan <br />1. Please describe in greater detail how the irrigation tailwater <br />will be diverted around the easterly finished pond in phase IZI. <br />lfas the irrigation company agreed to this diversion? <br />2. Please explain in detail the proposed dewatering operation. <br />3. Please identify the location of all water wells located in <br />or within 200 feet of the permit boundaries including the vital <br />statistics for each well. <br />4. Please address how this dewatering operation will affect <br />the flow of the Hayseeoand Last Chance Ditches. <br />5.
