Jn the event of pipeline failure, produced materials shall not 6e <br />trucked or otherwise transported without prior approval from Rio <br />Blanco County. <br />29. The approval of this Major Development Permit does not constitute <br />or imply future approval of any pipelines, powerlines, building <br />permrts, etc. or any other associated facilities required for the <br />operation of this project, <br />30. All representations of the applicant, either within the application or <br />stated at public meetings, shall be considered conditions of <br />approve(. <br />3l • Any data or representations submitted with this project found to <br />be substantially inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading shall be <br />grounds for the revccation of this pern~it. <br />32. All pertinent data on impacts from the operation and maintenance <br />of this project on county demographics, wildlife, air, and hydrologic <br />environmenu must be submitted in an iase manner to the <br />County and relevant agencies for annual review. Significant <br />impacts should be reported immediately. <br />Based upon further discussions with various persons, agencies, <br />and the review of comments received, the Planning Department <br />reeommCnds that conditions of approval M1, 4, 16, and 23 be revised end <br />four ndditional conditions of approval be added as follows' <br />Noxious weeds ae determined by Rio Blanco County's noxious weed <br />list be adequately controlled in all disturbed areas and the enure <br />lease site. <br />4. All areas disturbed by initial construction or by maintenance <br />within pipeline easements and turning areas will be restored to its <br />pre-construction topography and revegetated in accordance with <br />BLM or Soil Conservation District specifications where applicable, <br />or. in the altenmative, to the surface owner's apecifirBtions unless <br />specifically waivered by Rio Blanco County. The Sail conservation <br />Dlatnct and/or BLM shall be consulted regarding such <br />revegetatian. Revegetation efforts should continue until they <br />
