to the district design standards of these regulations, as established for gravel mining
operations in Section }QI of the County Zoning Resolution, and

State to implement the recleraation part of the project, end

determined to pmmote the best interest of the general public's health, safety, and

7. That the Planning Commission has conducted a noticed public hearing at which
public testitno~, stsff analyses, and application review criteria were available for
