The operator intends to bond the entire site. Since Aggregate will be mining the site in <br />phases, we selected the phase of mining that includes [he largest area of disturbance to <br />calculate potential reclamation liability. This will occur during phase 3 and will include <br />about 66 acres. Refer to attached reclamation expenses [able. <br />No chemicals will be used in the gold recovery process. <br />4. The operator will verify the average width and depths of the slurry wall to be installed prior <br />to mineral extraction. The sand and gravel extends to depths of an average of 45 feet (per <br />the drilled depth of the borings). The stability analysis assumed the average width of the <br />slurry wall is 3.8 feet.
