Attached aze drawings of the planned conveyor bridge system including plan view maps
and designs for the supports and towers. Currently, EXHIBIT L has assigned a cost of $30,000
for the removal of the conveyor system. Once the detailed engineering drawings aze completed,
Lafazge would be please to revisit this cost, and if necessary, amend the reclamation bond
amount by any changes.
6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan
7. The attached revised page 4 of the Regulaz 112 Application Fonn specifies Wildlife
Habitat for the Post-mining Land use of the site.
8. Attached is a revised Reclamation Plan Map (Exhibit F), which corresponds more closely
with the information supplied in the application text with regards to creation of islands, coves,
and wetland shelves along the lake edge. This revised Reclamation Plan also accounts for the
recommendations made by the Colorado Division of Wildlife of creating 30 feet of meandering
shoreline for every I OO lineaz feet.
6.4.6 EXHIBIT F -Reclamation Plan Map
11. The attached revised Reclamation Plan Map (Exhibit F) shows areas of riparian habitat
and the acreages associated with each mining cell. Cell A will have a total of 2.5 acres of
riparian area, while Cell B will have a total of 2.7 acres of riparian azea.
6.4.7 EXHIBIT G-Water Information
12. Lafazge commits to limiting the depth of excavation at the North Bank Pit to no more
than two (2) feet above the goundwater surface, until such time that Lafarge can demonstrate
written approval from the State Engineer's office.
13.
