Currently, EXHIBIT L has assigned a cost of $30,000 <br />for the removal of the conveyor system. Once the detailed engineering drawings aze completed, <br />Lafazge would be please to revisit this cost, and if necessary, amend the reclamation bond <br />amount by any changes. <br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />7. The attached revised page 4 of the Regulaz 112 Application Fonn specifies Wildlife <br />Habitat for the Post-mining Land use of the site. <br />8. Attached is a revised Reclamation Plan Map (Exhibit F), which corresponds more closely <br />with the information supplied in the application text with regards to creation of islands, coves, <br />and wetland shelves along the lake edge. This revised Reclamation Plan also accounts for the <br />recommendations made by the Colorado Division of Wildlife of creating 30 feet of meandering <br />shoreline for every I OO lineaz feet. <br />6.4.6 EXHIBIT F -Reclamation Plan Map <br />11. The attached revised Reclamation Plan Map (Exhibit F) shows areas of riparian habitat <br />and the acreages associated with each mining cell. Cell A will have a total of 2.5 acres of <br />riparian area, while Cell B will have a total of 2.7 acres of riparian azea. <br />6.4.7 EXHIBIT G-Water Information <br />12. Lafazge commits to limiting the depth of excavation at the North Bank Pit to no more <br />than two (2) feet above the goundwater surface, until such time that Lafarge can demonstrate <br />written approval from the State Engineer's office. <br />13.
