Reoorting - Stormwater Annual Report (cont.) <br />c) A summary of each comprehensive etormwater facility inspection made, <br />including date, findings, and action taken. <br />d) Results and interpretation of any stormwater monitoring performed. <br />The annual report will be due to the Division on or before February 15 <br />of each year, after the first full year of coverage under the permit.. <br />The exact due date for the permittee'e first annual report will be <br />listed in their permit certification. In no case will an annual report <br />be due before February 15, 1994, unless specifically directed by the <br />Division. The Division reserves the right to require additional <br />information in the report, on a case-by-case basis, ae needed. <br />All reports required for submittal shall be signed and certified for <br />accuracy by the permittee (see Part I.C.7.c). <br />A signed copy of the above report forma shall be submitted to the <br />following address: <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br />WQCD-PE-82 <br />4300 Cherry Creek Drive South <br />Denver, Colorado 80222-1530 <br />3. Representative Sampling <br />Samples and meaeurementa taken as required herein shall be <br />representative of the volume and nature of the monitored discharge. All <br />samples shall be taken at the monitoring polnte-specified in this permit <br />and, unless otherwise specified, before the effluent joins or is diluted <br />by any other waetestream, body of water, or substance. Monitoring <br />points shall not be changed without notification to and approval by the <br />Division. <br />4. Analvtical and Sampling Methods for Monitoring <br />Analytical and sampling methods utilized by the discharger shall conform <br />to Colorado Regulations for Effluent Limitations (10.1.5), and to <br />regulations published pursuant to Section 304 (h) of the Clean Water <br />Act. <br />The analytical method selected for a parameter shall be the one that can <br />measure the lowest detected limit for that parameter unless the permit <br />limitation or stream standard for those parameters not limited, is <br />within the testing range of another approved method. <br />Calculations for all limitations which require averaging of meaeurementa <br />shall utilize an arithmetic mean unless otherwise specified. <br />10/l3/94 Effective ll/13/94 <br />
