<br />EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />The purpose of the mining plan is to describe how mining will affect the permit area for <br />the duration of the operation. The plan must be correlated to Exhibit E-Map. <br />1. Mining will commence when permit is issued and all necessary criteria is met. It will end <br />10 years from date of issuing the permit based on current plans. <br />2. There is only about 2 inches of topsoil on the affected area .The topsoil will be dozed <br />into [he ground to stockpile it and there will be grass seed on it to stabilize it. Please see <br />•Fstd~ibil~t Exhibit -E Map. <br />3. There will be no waste rock in this operation. There will nothing shown on Exhibit E- <br />Map. <br />? ..wQ,A S'~Est S ~' l <br />4. The average depth of the gravel deposit to be mined is 12 feet. ~~ ~~ G'A'F <br />5. There will be a crusher and in the future there may be a scale house. Please see Exhibit <br />C-5 on Exhibit -E Map. There will be nothing exhibiting the scale house at this time <br />6. The dimensions of the pit excavation on the affected area at the present time isl2 feet at (lw•~-+~ <br />its highest point. It is 300 feet long and 200 feet wide. Please see drawing in Exhibit C-6. 3 -`E <br />attached. <br />7. There is a dirt road that measures 7/10 of a pule in length and it is 16 feet wide. There <br />will not be any changes in the existing road. <br />8. There will be no water used in the mining operation. <br />9. There is no water on or nearby the affected area so there will be none disturbed. <br />10. It is not applicable to comply with Colorado water laws and regulations governing <br />injury to existing water rights. <br />1 I . There will be no use of acid or refuse materials in this operation. <br />12. The measure that will be taken to minimize disturbance to the hydrologic balance, <br />prevent off-site damage, and provide for a stable configuration will be water bars put in at <br />time of reclamation. <br />13. The gravel that will be processed will be processed on site.The gravel will be put <br />through a crusher and crushed .Please see crusher as Exhibit C-13 in Exhibit E-Map. <br />
