The upper <br /> part of the subsoil is silty clay loam 17 inches thick. <br /> The next part to a depth of 40 inches is silt loam. <br /> The lower part to a depth of 60 inches or more is loam. <br /> Permeability is moderate . Available water capacity is <br /> high.
